Greg O'Quinis an inspired songwriter, producer, keyboardist, arranger, and preacher who knows all about faith and staying focused on a vision. Greg O'Quin has done it again with his CD entitled "Clichés". Greg’s CD "Clichés" has skyrocketed to the Top 10 of the Gospel Billboard Charts. Greg has cleverly managed to create music that will touch your soul and bring peace to your heart and provoke you into worship. Greg O’Quin is presently working on his much-anticipated triple CD release entitled "Shake Tha’ World".
Mr. O'Quin has accomplished an array of awards. For his previous album "Conversations", he was awarded the Gospel Music Workshop "Excellence Award" for Contemporary Group of the Year. Greg's anthem, "I Told the Storm" from his album "Conversations" was nominated for Contemporary Song of the Year. Greg was also nominated for two Dove Awards in the categories of Contemporary Song of the Year "I Told the Storm", and Contemporary Album of the Year "Conversations". He was also nominated for a Stellar Award in the category of Best Contemporary Male Vocalist of the Year. In addition, Greg was awarded The James Cleveland Gospel Excellence Award for Group of the year in 2000. With the incredible success of the album "Conversations," he has traveled the globe intensively, from Alaska to the West Indies and from Canada to Egypt.
In addition, Greg's mega-hit "I Told the Storm", has been in heavy rotation at the radio stations across the country for over 56 months and is currently still in the Top 5 at most national radio and satellite TV networks. The single remains in the top ten of nearly every gospel play list in the country. "I Told the Storm" is the first song in gospel history to hold a position in the Top 10 most requested songs for over 36 months and remains as the most downloaded song in gospel music history. Greg O’Quin is pastor and founder of The Church Without Walls International located in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas.
